At Pine Hill Trailers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn apparel in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
